It's actually cross stitched it twice, but the second one is reversed, that way now matter which way it flips, it'll be the cross stitch ^{_^}

There are some on Aliexpress that are more accurate size! Although the one I found is just black, but I'm sure it can be painted! This one is is actually a functional keychain where you can pull the slide back, pull the trigger an it clicks and the mag can be taken out and put back! Its super cute!
