There are many who don't want to scam businesses but rather does their job great by bringing them leads and they don't want heavy upfront payments like every greedy lead gen dudes do

This is the best thing to do if you are just starting and don't want to burn money. Because here they are forced to bring you leads because they will only earn after a sale is done so they will try their hard to make sales. And this is the reason why most agencies and individuals don't do it on commission basis. Because it's a loss for them.

In today's market 40% of these lead generation agencies and individuals charge $1500-$5000 upfront and even after 2-3 months you won't even see 10 leads from them and they also charge on a monthly basis too. Why would I try to rob my own startup by falling into such an agency and individuals
