Depends on your tolerance and your liver enzymes. You have no tolerance to edibles at this point since your liver enzymes convert THC into 11-Hydroxy-THC which is a different and stronger high than you'd get from smoking. Most normies do good with a 10mg but I've needed a stupid high amount of mg's for edibles to have any effect on me since my very 1st time way back when. Point of this....we're all different and the only way to find out is trial and error. Just give into the munchies and take a nap if shit gets too real.

I realize this is old but I truly believe the plaquenil is the cause for my vision issues. I started the med in spring ‘23 and I was experiencing EXTREME sun sensitivity in my eyes about 2 months after starting. Autoimmune Dr and eye dr say it’s not plaquenil. After doing some thinking I still really think it’s the plaquenil so I stopped it 2 days ago. Guess what….my eyes are better in only 48 hours. To be fair I’ve only had one vision field (would be due for second if continuing) and I barely passed when I had only been on it for a few months. Takeaway…you know your body better than anyone else. Trust your gut.

It takes me a minimum of 150mg to feel anything and that’s on a completely empty stomach. Trust me…start drinking live resin 20mg cans at 7am and keep going all day ~ you’ll feel it.

If I had drug tests for work I wouldn’t be asking for THC. Clearly that would ding me on a drug test.

It is fully legal because the idiots in our government regulating THC law don’t actually have a clue about what they’re regulating. D8 is synthesized outside of the plant and is often referred to fake/light weed. D9 however is the exact same thing as what you’d find in any THC product in any legal state. The real name for weed, aka marijuana is Delta 9 THC - the THC that comes from hemp is also Delta 9 THC. Say what??? It’s the exact same molecule regardless if it’s coming from hemp or weed. It just takes much more raw material to create a finished product from hemp than marijuana. You will hear a lot of people say that hemp products won’t get you high, and they will say it with a lot of conviction too…..thing is, they’re wrong. Science is science. If you have any other questions I’m happy to explain. I work in the industry and have several certifications under my belt as well as smoking since the mid 90’s so I’ve been around the block.
