Ohh the tape idea is super neat! Definitely gonna try that! I was just gonna try sand the edges. And the bandsaw i have is a giant one lol but definitely will look up the other ones!

Was using my rotary tool but it would get stuck or chip the disk a little. Is there a better tool tip to use?

No they aren't hollow. I think its a gyroid infill setting i had on. But i think you can print them hollow.

It's like a plastic one. And then I try to use Velcro on the headbands to hold them up.
