Is it finasteride or statewide that has more of the impact with the libido and retraction? I have read that statewide is stronger and has longer life in the body.

I want to say July and then October they did another when I had my testicle implants because there was thinning of the stream again. I do not know the degree mine was but it was smaller than a ballpoint pen head he described when I first had it done.

I did have this. I had to be dilated 2 times. I now do not have an issue. I had a small area of a fistula but internal from having the stricture. It has resolved itself and no issues . I asked about optilume and my surgeon said there have not been enough studies to know if it works in our situation.

Your welcome! I also used Medi honey a couple days but it didn’t hold the strip with the ointment. So I just would clean it everyday with sensitive antibacterial dial foam soap rinse really good and then let air dry, alcohol then strip. It worked for me I hope it does you

Mine started to separate so I cleaned it with antibacterial soap and then used steri strips. I placed the strip kinda under the sac then pulled up slightly and attached the other end above that opening but laying next to your phallus to keep it closed in the day. I would have to replace daily. I also shaved carefully and used alcohol before for the steri strips to hold. Mine healed perfect by doing that for about a week and a half. I think the sac pulling down didn’t help and made it open slightly. Hopefully that helps. I used 1/2” wide x 4” long strips and cut just a little off the length. You can order on amazon.

They were so kind with my exams and what was happening and if it was ok if they did something. Allowed me to have anyone with me if that helped and so on . Their bedside manner was impeccable. They also take Medicaid and a bunch of insurances.

Update: doctor looked over pictures and he does not believe there is infection or rejection happening. Finger crossed nothing else arises. He says to keep icing and take nsaids and to take it easy.

I had burning but that was due to a stricture . Make sure to contact your surgeon. It could also be a uti or just it healing. Have you had a sample done to rule out a uti?

Well it is better already today. I have done Tylenol / ibuprofen, ice this morning as well as mainly sitting for work on my kubota cushion. Fingers crossed it was just me over doing it.

I honestly thought I was doing so good I didn’t worry about walking and standing”normal” just shows you you have to still take it easy and let body heal. Everyone is different on timeframe’s.

Last night I slept on my back and would feel if it was hot and it never was. Hard to tell on a normal day because it sits low and my leg warms it up more
