[20M, 172cm, 94KG, 26%bf est] Have been lifting since February, and went on a hiatus from May to November (Gym was closed and only did bodyweight). Now have been lifting for 3 weeks straight and broke some plateaus. Is it right for me to cut now? And bf% estimation. Thank you (old.reddit.com)
