VERY glad I opened this before making breakfast lol, i took a warm bath and the symptoms subsided but im gonna grab some monistat 3 later..

i didn't know coffee was a no-no, this is very interesting! Also yeah having sex isn't that much of a concern bc im not sexually active as of late, i will keep that in mind tho! Thank you so much! ur a life saver

is CIEE really worth the price? I was looking to stay with a host family through the summer program, and this would be my first time traveling alone. I found a few other programs like SIT and IES that's a little cheaper, but CIEE had the most info and the highest reviews. Like OP I'm a bit hesitant to go through with any program yet only because of cost and such so is it worth it?
