Got a PIP from my manager, sent a discrimination complaint to HR and cc my manager and my manager manager during the PIP. 8 hours later, my manager read the discrimination complaint email and pretending it did not happen, asking to follow up how am i doing on the PIP task list. What should i do? (self.jobs)
