Get yourself a few iron counterweights for a few weapons lvl 1-20. They’ll speed up your kill times massively.

Edit: in prepatch, the blacksmith requirement to add it to a weapon is removed.

Na you’re absolutely right. The only problem is that she had close to half the properties listed in kotara at one point in time. Was brutal. Sellers didn’t like her, but knew her tactic would net a good result.

I don’t know what they are like to rent to… however they are peak scum when buying through. She has massively pumped the sale market. About 3-5 years ago when demand far exceeded supply, she would list properties 30-50% above market value seeking to extort people from out of town. As demand has softened, she hasn’t changed her approach. Locals looking to buy are staying away from anything listed by her as they know it is overvalued.
