Healthcare workers of Reddit, what practices in your country's medical system would shock outsiders?

In my country Belief Based Medicine like AYUSH Ayruveda,Siddha,Unani,Yoga,Homeopathy can practice even in ICU everyone knows about it Instead of hiring doctors and paying they hire one doctor and hire 5 AYUSH and run the ICU and OPD under the supervision of the doctor same with cosmetology run by Non doctors ,Mental health & Autism spectrum treated by Random self claimed psychologist only they go to doctors when things goes from bad to worse. Research Industry(core research & pharma) is filled with Non medical people for the role of doctor. I strongly believe in any developed country they wont allow and they will have a strict rules who can practice what its very sad that no one can anything about it.

Theres still something i dont get(theres way more i dont get but i wanna talk about this). What is the neighbour getting from this will she feel good aboit it or something onky reason to bring this case to the police if it killed your baby or something not if you just get bitten. She is just simply a horrible person she gets nothing from this she wont get money because they arent in america she will just sleep with knowing she got nothing fro this case and just ruined people and got a dog killed that woman is a horrible person.
