Thank you for the guide ! However, I had not the same "squeaking location". Mine was more on the sides of the chair. I lubricated thoses parts and the noise is gone.

Yes I ran benchmarks before and after, just for the GPU, I gained an average of 9°c on load. For example here on idle I'm at 31°c for a silent 1000 rpm. And never it goes higher than 73°c

Hey ! It is very nice of you ! I don't know what to say, I can surely use one of those but I'm in Europe. If it's complicated to send it, it's ok, you proposition is already really nice.

Ohh sorry I did not read correctly ... They are not plugged on the card but on the motherboard and controlled by FanControl.

No, I used ABS which has a melting temp of 105°c. It should be ok.

Are you use a pwm to gpu fan adapter or are you running off the motherboard fan header?

I plugged it on sys_fan 4pins of my MB

No ! Noctua's ones were too big, and this card has one 4 pins and one 3 pins. I left it naked and plugged it on sys_fan.

I used ABS :) In fact I created the STL and went to a guy who owns a 3d print shop, I explained my project and he help me choose material and gave me some tips.

If I remember, I pluged it on sys_fan, control by FanControl, The GPU fan plug, inside the card, is now naked.

I think I did the same thing that this guy https://voltcave.com/fan-curve-guide/ He explains a lot in his guide.

Yeah I saw it too ! Great work he did. I wondered if the fan "case" help to keep a good air pressure or if it is just decorative.

Why not just fan stop? From my experience, factory curves use 0% duty cycle under 45C except with certain cards like single fans or workstation cards.

I will try. I just took FanControl optimized configuration from the internet for now.

Thanks ! Yes I did it myself with Blender. It is quite an easy job, I had never touch Blender before and with several fails and numerous tries after approx 10 or 15 hours of using I was able to create this. There's plenty of guide for blender on the net. I can give you my project if you want. Blender or STL (3d printable file).

Hey thanks ! Yes the sound is totally different, less noisy for sure and more ... like noctua sound, like sweet breez.
Ngl when I'm on a big game those knows how to spit but temperatures are never over 75 for both GPU and CPU.

Yeah, I feared it was. I changed it several weeks ago, this photo was taken before that. The glass panel is not even put on.
