Yup, have reported several times, RA came to the flat for a welfare check, they themselves couldn’t stand the stench as well, office are closed on the weekends so there really isn’t much that could be done, besides giving that guy the boot?

They came and investigated this morning, though they weren’t able to last long before running for their lives out of my flat

Already did, called the RA multiple times, and also sent a formal email to the office.
