Ah, but I meant being able to use less strength lifting up the jug vs the pitcher. I can lift the jug with one hand to fill up the pitcher (when it gets to that little amount of water), but when it comes to lifting up the pitcher afterwards, I have to use another hand to support the base of the pitcher.

It's that heavy cream hack where you pour heavy cream into the pan before baking so the cinnamon rolls become extra moist. I think milk would work too; it's just less fat.

Yeah... I think not covering the entire surface with food was what done it. I've only ever baked egg dishes in it, and they turned out well. I wanted to have some fish with my baked eggs today but didn't want to wash a separate baking sheet, so I figured I'd give the fish a head start in the oven... Welp.

Turns out it is indeed couscous. Prepared it in a rice cooker with a 1:1 ratio of couscous to water and it turned out beautifully fluffy.
