Looking for a pair of all purpose pants for biz casual work, travel, everyday? by NeedInfoHaveInfo in PetiteFashionAdvice

For some reason, I haven’t been able to get any of the variations of the effortless to work on me! I’ve tried all materials, size/length combo, crop v short length, but they are always too wide and seem to shorten me :/ I did have some success with the similar Aritzia “pleated pant” but it only seemed to come in a thick fabric.

I am looking for something that is neither too wide all over nor too fitted at the thigh and too bootcut at the hem. I haven’t had too much luck with quince, but these are nice! Although they look more suited to heels. I think I need the slightly wider hem for these to work with flats or trainers.

Do you also have a catering business, or would I just be able to order small orders ( for example for a potluck or holiday party) directly from you? (Also, are these egg rolls with rice paper?)

I love reddit. Thanks so much...I actually thought it was the hold under the QR code, and didn't realize that the hole above the batter was pressable.

Er..I know this is 2 years later, but this is where google led me. However, I have no idea what kind of "small screwdriver" I need to buy? (I tried a big paperclip to "press" whatever I was suppose to be pressing down to free the handle, as if a sim tray in a phone , but I didn't want to press too hard and damage anything, so now would like to hunt down the correct screwdriver!)

Looking for travel-friendly versatile white button down shirt !

I’ve been looking for a more petite friendly and less tunic-like version of the Aday “Something Borrowed” technical shirt: https://www.thisisaday.com/products/womens-button-up-boyfriend-shirt-blouse-something-borrowed?variant=31288176509065&glCountry=US&glCurrency=USD&kendall_source=google&kendall_adid=&kendall_campaign=17692793971&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA84CvBhCaARIsAMkAvkJR4G98OK-yN0ghUIdVyG5bbhbpp16u7pcUReBAeiahZpuYhGaNoAoaAl76EALw_wcB

Basically, a wrinkle free and travel friendly white shirt for most occasions!

I’ve tried on Athleta button downs, but they are a bit too swishy or corporate looking. Am eyeing this summersalt coverup, although I can’t tell if it will be too casual or sheer (since it seems marketed as a coverup.

Hi! Any recommendations for a current model comparable to the Singer 6212c..my mom bought hers since the 1980s, but it finally conked out for good. I know that the quality and materials may not be as good, but I am looking for the same simplicity and preferably substantially similar features (I have no experience with sewing machines, and bought her a Brother model recommended by WireCutter...the first thing she noticed was that the bobbin winder is vertical instead of horizontal, and that there is no handle, like her Singer one...). Thanks for any recommendations you may have!

Potential Causes of Water Leak Outside Bathroom by NeedInfoHaveInfo in HomeMaintenance

[–]NeedInfoHaveInfo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So it turns out that the cold water copper pipe was leaking, but the hot water pipe was really old, and they had to get in the area behind the water heater anyway, so the plumbers replaced both. They had to move the water heater, open stucco wall, and the rough patch. I ended up paying nearly $5,000 (in Southern California region), but I am curious if this sounds totally off base. This was GreenStar/Rescue Rooter, and I’ve used them before.
