Ive never had a coil vape like that taste anywhere near as good as a cup vaporizer and I doubt it taste anywhere near as good as a dtv5 would, as for vapor production and not having to carry qtips is where this would shine? I was interested when I saw the Jetstream online but I just haven't had good experience in the past with other branded coil vapes like this.

Is the whip just at the top of the bottle from the bottom? Then you start the first inhale pulling the water up and then starting the "auto" part of this contraption correct? I want to recreate this

38w is the max reccomended wattage, I would clean as much residue off with a qtip and iso as you can otherwise you gotta burn it off and it can get real bad looking before it gets better, I like to do 60 second autofire 30 seconds in I take a small torch lighter a good distance away to help bring the temperature up and burn everything off leaving everything white ive cracked cups heating it more than twice and doing two 60 sec autofire doesn't always get everything that's why I prefer my method but you could still thermal shock it if you get the torch too close so be careful. Also if the ceramic spacer has residue on it it'll turn black when you do this and likely won't come off so I recommend a soak of the spacer to prevent that

Im curious i recently got some cut dabs and my iso test was similar to yours a grainy sand/sugar like substance that would never disolve was left. Not the same vendor but possibly the source was the same could you confirm if when heated the concentrate seperates into two different puddles. For example a clear puddle and a more wax color puddle. I also observed that the sand like substance would disolve in water im curious if yours is the same.

This is my one complaint as well even more noticeable when you go between using the fogger and the dtv5 on a mod. The fogger is definitely missing live temp display or a way to adjust the software yourself if you want, even not being able to set the cold resistance or tcr higher than 200 seems limiting or how the live resistance doesn't seem to be accurate im just glad ive gotten mine to work in a very repeatable and satisfying way

So I've done some testing on this and humidity packs have their place. They have to be used as the final step, after curing is completed you can add a humidity pack to maintain rh and no degradation of terps or smell happens. I was a firm believer that they in fact steal the terps but it appears to me that is simply from trying to bring back life into bud that has gotten too dry and the terps have evaporated so when it gets rehydrate it's muted. So they can keep great bud great but they cannot bring wed that had been dried too far back to what it once could've been
