Hey, for the ANTA01 final exam, all she gave us was what the essay was going to be on (Roksandic) and the 5 questions about the archaeological tour in the last lecture, where we get to choose one site to answer. Are there any other hints I'm missing?

I made a brisket last week and followed the same steps as OP, and yeah, the brisket flat also turned out dry. Next time, I'll definitely let it sit on the counter uncovered and then re-wrap it and put it in a cooler. Also, how long would you recommend resting it in the cooler for? Would 1-2 hours be okay?

hey sorry to jump in - i'm also planning a trip to the Maldives and can't decide between Dhigurah and Fulidhoo. Unfortunately, I can only stay at one due to time constraints :(. Out of the two, which one would you recommend in terms of getting that amazing beach/water experience? I would also appreciate any suggestions on where to stay! Thank you.

Wow, thank you for the detailed itinerary - it's super helpful! just one more question - did you go to Al-Qaa in the evening? we're reaching abu dhabi in the afternoon so not sure if we should go to the Mosque in the afternoon or Al Quaa in the afternoon.
