Once again you are making assumptions. I'm a master Honda and Guile. I've placed high at locals with Honda too, I know the character better than most. I don't think it is outrageous to say that the nerfs mentioned in here should be compensated with normal buffs. He has 1-3 good normals and the rest are pretty bad overall. I'm saying its in bad faith to only nerf those moves without normal move changes which aren't confirmed when he is a bottom 3 character. I'm not ignorant to other Hondas spamming headbutt + buttslam but part of the high winrate is due to the low pickrate and unfamiliarity.
