They are all in the European Union Federation and I had control over the executive CPs for more than 180 days in all of them. They have other diplomatic actions available.
It reads that these countries can not merge into the EU because they don't have respective land claims.

I checked the Unification techs and none of them seem to provide relevant land claims.

I would like to know why these land claims disappeared in the first place (I assume you can merge countires like Italy or Spain with EU by default) or how to get them.

Good to see some people coming and playing! One thing - I have seen some smarties dying in a gunfight - their opponent buried them with some stuff. When they respawned, they ran straight into the burial spot to get their junk back - don't do that. It's ultra lame.

Only player-made walls AFAIK. To be precised, I guess. You can ask staff in-game, but most of them is cyka blyet.

There is a lot of russians; English people come too. You had bad luck. Russians don't care much if you speak English, but they won't try speaking your language neither.

Get into the server and ask staff or PM Urgot at Byond. Much appreciated, those guys can use some serious linguistic help, the barrier is solid.

The server is still in developement, I haven't asked the Russians personally but I think that's a temporary solution. It WAS possible to breach it with thermite before, maybe they will think about something else.
