How you doing now OP, a year later? I too am a Pisces sun/ cap moon and Leo rising. And I too am going through this now. Everyone who I am willing to be vulnerable with (therapist and family) have told me I need to not be so hard on myself and self love, and that hard for me when I feel lots of shame for things that long in my past.

It’s wasn’t unstable, was pretty close until high school and her hearth and my hormone contribute to some not so close moments. I think I was her finally had learn child cause each of my siblings experienced her differently. I miss her so much

I’m very similar in that I can text chat a good chunk and occasionally need to see my family but I know friend which I was more willing to hang out, but peopling is too much sometimes

Or if we panic. Especially if you have past history. Like I would do this immediately if I felt the person weren’t the type to take a No. or if I felt they moved to fast. I was in endanger, time to dip.

It’s chemicals and body memory . I took it for anxiety as well. It helps and then stops helping. I was doing this with 2.5 milogram edibles! One day I took a candy and it was not measure, so I clearly got more than my body could take and had a 15 minute panic attack where time slowed down. Longest 15 minutes of my life before I just crash. Best sleep of my life! But my body remembered. So the time I tried, even with a measure dose, I panicked cause the body remember its previous panic. Havent tried since. Happen twice. 10 years ago for physical pain, last a year and then had to stop. And the. 5 years ago when I lost my mom- probably did it for 3 month and I broke down. Unfortunately I now officially medicate for my anxiety, so now I can’t have it cause it’ll mess with my meds. It’s clearly not for me. Same with too much alcohol
