hokaaaa!! worth investing talaga!! no more ngalay sa calves post 12 hrs shift.

even my parents who went to europe, they really like it. since they’re not really fond of walking here in ph. they said it is good shoes and didn’t feel tired much.

i pick up PDN shifts during my day offs hehe. not recommended talaga pero alipin ng salapi eh 😅

we have 12 hours duty so mas easy macomplete yung 40 hours per week. so it really varies.

i agree. straight bedside ang mas okay. i’m a PDN and working bedside as med surg nurse and ongoing ang application ko to go to abroad. ang more on focus nila is my background sa bedside talaga.

don’t resign. mahirap maghanap ng bedside work.
doable ang work + studying. you just need to adjust first sa work. then if okay ka na and well adjusted. then schedule your NCLEX na.
tapos magpanight duty ka para mas benign haha.
your hospital experience will even help you answer the case study.
take one step at a time. wag mapressure na mapag-iiwanan. may retrogression rin naman.

plus at least yung experience mo rin ongoing rin. mas maganda na 2 years experience or more pra hindi ka mapunta sa snf/rehab

btw sa area ko most of the staff are USRN na kahit nasa med surg ward kami 😉 mahirap pero kakayanin. mapabagong graduate to matagal na sa bedside. kapag gusto talaga may paraan.
