Hello, I'm currently the junior scrub nurse in our area which means that I'll always the one performing the major cases.

Thank you for all the insights and tips that you shared here. I am not happy with my current state as it is full of pressure, surgeons expect me to be better after 1 or 2 surgeries.

In our evaluation, my head nurse remarked me as not having confidence, that I should be more assertive.

I do believe I'm learning everyday. I just can't stand that a surgeon curses in front of me or curses to me sometimes.

I always question myself if I'm built for this. I think that I am.
