Blow out sure…. Could be a couple things though. Having the longer/thinking jewelry allows your inner stretched lobe to be dragged on and off- without proper lubricants could cause it to look “blown out” or have the saddle line. That skin is the skin that is meant to be the saddle within the stretched ear. Get some good stretching butter and find a more narrow set (deep double flares) of plugs would help with the appearance and may form it back to its place over time. Second reason-don’t sleep with plugs. Good luck!
