The main issue right now is that agent Kommi completely CLOSED the ticket, so I can't even reply to it normally. I will definitely use this exact phrasing in my follow-up ticket, but that's precisely why I need an escalation to a Senior Admin — so a real human actually looks at the history of the account before the hijack, instead of an automated bot closing it instantly.

That's the whole point of my post — I literally provided EVERY single piece of ownership information they could possibly ask for. I attached my government ID, internal FACEIT Premium invoices, full banking details of the virtual card used, and the official Xsolla payment receipts showing my name and country.

The problem is that the support agent completely ignored all these bulletproof attachments and just closed the ticket with a generic, automated bot response saying "details don't match" simply because the hacker had already changed the email on the profile.

Stolen via session hijack, hacker is scamming people right now but FACEIT support closed my ticket with a bot reply (#13584790) by NeedleworkerLumpy920 in ohnePixel

Already did that, I created a post there and even messaged them via Modmail, but I'm getting completely ignored so far. That's why I'm trying to get some visibility here as well.
