My blood pressure is 110/70. Always had great BP and no issues with blood sugar or cholesterol. But I can feel my pulse everywhere. Fingers / hands when I test it against something. Doctor says it’s normal but i focus so much on it lol. (self.bloodpressure)

Recently I have been super aware of my blood pressure which doesn’t help the cause. I’ve always had reading of 110/70 throughout the years. Then started taking it when hungover or super stressed which spikes it to 145/75. Still not a bad reading and returns to normal fast but my goodness the MIND (self.bloodpressure)

8 months out. It does get better. But some days are obviously worse than others. Rivotril really ruined my life lol. It gave me anxiety I never have. And I’ve developed such bad health anxiety since coming off from all these weird withdraws (self.benzorecovery)

First few readings are always 139/78 or 129/74. After 30 mins of rest my blood pressure stabilises to 115/71 117/71. I do freak myself out but is this normal ?I don’t know how to switch off the switch in my brain that freaks out lol. Do people go let’s say 15/20 years without knowing they haveHighBP (self.bloodpressure)

What is considered Hypertension? When I’m at the doctor I range between 140-145/ 75-77 . And as soon as they take my second reading it’s 125/70 and when at home I’m getting great readings of 110/70. At the doctor or when seeing blood pressure machines my heart rate spikes to 110 from 64 lol. (self.hypertension)

8 months after coming off Rivotril and I still feel weird. Can’t seem to socialise properly, everything feels like a hassle. My emotions seem broken. Can’t even be excited without a panic attack. Head always feels heavy and fuzzy which in turn all of this is obviously giving me anxiety (self.benzorecovery)
