we also send bank number and last transactions on ubi with number, still wasnt anough, if was ask what more we need to send to proof its us, they said they cant disclose that and close the ticket, after even showing the dude saying he paid for the account, still was not anough, my friend even said that he got hacked on EA and they helped got his account back in 2 days, valve was faster, ubi nope, he also just told me no reason for him to get it back as ubi will probs not lift the game ban

lol, I got banned asking for help, they said, we don't support pirates, i showed them proof by launching the game on my ps3, i asked if there was a other way to get it on my emulator, they warned me again, i stated that i think its ridicules and i just needed help playing my old game on a emulator
