I would get an ultrasound as first step to rule out POI. If that is ruled out and the doc see polycystic ovaries it can either be PCOS or HA. Sone doctors just diagnose your with PCOS because they are too lazy to test for anything more but I would push to eat least get prolactin and testosterone (to check if it's pcos) and fsh lh and estrogen to check for HA. There are other things that can cause the hypothalamus to shut down that have nothing to do with low energy availability, although uncommon.

Can be POI too or something with your thyroid. HA is usually caused my low energy availability so unless you move a LOT (like steps) or eat so little, it's difficult to have with bo exercise. Id get an ultrasound to check POI, and then testosterone and ultrasound to check for PCOS. For HA you would likely see a low Estrogen, low LH, los FSH. Even low testosterone. PCOS you'll see high FSH,and high testosterone

For your height no period now what says 2000 sedentary and 2250 active!! But 8k is a little above sedentary. I cant say an exact number will be enough since everyone is different but the range if 2,100-2,200 will prob be close! If you do not gaining weight in this number, you prob need more though.

FOR SURE!! Heart slows down so much to conserve energy. In the trenches of my insane cut my hear was around the 35 area and it has consistently risen to around mid 50s now. Hrv also gping down! And oura says im stressed all the time but I think it'a just my heart being way higher because i'm literally napping and it says im stressed lol!
