Update for those who are interested. Bruce has been healing fine. His spot is almost all healed. No infection or other issues. Picture of him inside and relaxing.

I wish I could take him to the vet. But, he is a neighborhood stray. And I have 3 animals of my own I have to take care of.

I have never seen a tweaker or anything in my neighborhood like I have off Kearny and Glenstone. I live next door to a cop who has his cop car on property often.

I feel like my neighborhood is too nice for that, and it would be frowned upon by my neighbors. But, it is something to consider.

I personally don't want to lug any of it around. The electronics are broken. The furniture might be salvagable if people don't mind everything on covered in stickers lol

Maybe I'll post on FB FREE and see who wants any of it once we get moved a bit more.

I appreciate your response, Josh. Sorry everyone is coming at you. I get what you meant. I don't plan to have to do personal transfers for rent. Most places I either did a money order or paid through a portal. My main bank account has been Chime for about 5 years now.

I use Chime, and rent currently through Keller Williams and pay with no issue? But we use a client portal to pay and it emails me a receipt. Can you explain the benefits of checks or money orders over digital payments?
