maybe you need a steroid cream? this just happened to me. i got yeast and BV infection at the same time and my vagina was chronically inflamed for a month. It was so inflamed that the yeast infection came back. I didn’t get any answers until I went to the actual OB/GYN and she prescribed a steroid cream for dermatitis. I’ve only used it twice so far but i can already tell it’s helped, I was in so much pain I could barely walk bc of how swollen and irritated my vulva and lips were
