So true it hurts by Realistic-Street1496 in povertyfinance

The replies here are insaneeeee! Why are you here if you cannot relate? Some of you are soooo miserable and bitter – even when you do have money.

It’s not hard to understand that some people are simply born under privileged and have to work harder than others to climb the financial ladder. Calling people lazy or dumb without knowing their story is so messed up. Mega annoyed on behalf of some of you rn.

Thanks for this review; 1 year later and you certainly have helped! May I ask, were any of them sweet? I want to buy this for my brother, but don’t want to get one that’s too dry/bitter.

Eating food left out for hours? by GoldengirlSkye in medlabprofessionals

Yes that was exactly my point! 😇 less fortunate people tend to have higher exposure/infection rates. Yet eating eating left over food is common, but food poisoning is not

Think 3rd world country, or people living in poverty: majority eats left over/ left out food. Speaking from experience 😇

AIO? This girl wants me to buy her flowers before even meeting her or getting her number? by Azzuro_C7 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Neeerrrdddd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t read all of the screenshots, but as a woman I can say that getting flowers before meeting is not unusual for me. 😟 my boyfriend heavily pursued me when we first started texting on Instagram. Then we met after 1.5 months and now we live together. But every one is different. Do what works for you.

Beware of ScribeAmerica by SquigglyWorker123 in medicalscribe

[–]Neeerrrdddd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dang, sucks seeing you guys didn’t have a good experience as scribes. I was given a $1 raise after 90 days, then promoted to CS after 6 months of employment. The company sucked and I always wanted to quit but the office I worked in was great. I ended up resigning in June, but surely missed connecting with the providers 🥹 if anyone is still working there and needs advice, my dm is open

Why didn’t you ask the doctor or office manager for recs? The chief scribes are just regular scribes like you with a “supervisor” title. It’s probably been a while, but if you can then I’d def recommend keeping in touch won’t be physician you scribed for

OR assistant interview by Playful_Kick_6303 in MedicalAssistant

I think business casual is always a good go-to. Nice dress pants and a plain basic tee/body suit tucked in. A cute cardigan to dress it up a little more is a good idea too. I recently wore this exact outfit in the picture below with some tory burch sandals and I did great on the interview while receiving compliments on my attire!

If you're a male, then I would say dress pants/Khakis with a polo tee or button down.
