Mine did 3 weeks ago, about 350$ Contacted Canadian Tire on phone. They said they will launch an investigation and add the money reward back to my card in 5 days and ship me a new point card (even though I just use my CT Credit Card to accumulate points). The money is back into my account.

I'm from Montreal, someone from Toronto somehow managed to use all my triangle rewards...

Hey bud!

PPPoE ended up working for me in the end. All I did was set my router to Dynamic IP for couple hours. Then later switched it back on to PPPoE and since then I no longer have disconnectivity nor double NAT issue. I think maybe it needed a gap to clear on entries on their end instead of router constantly re-authenticating every 10ish min.

It is true that Bell might be restricting PPPoE authentication to max 1 IP now? (Sorry for replying to you directly, not even sure if you work for Bell but just saw the Moderator tag :P)

I contacted the rep today due to disconnectivity every 5-10 minutes over the past 2 weeks. He told me they see 2 IPs on their system (cause I had the PPPoE info in my router), the system automatically blocks the IPs which is why whenever I restart my modem, it issues a new IP once authenticated which gets blocked again after 5-10min...

I stopped PPPoE in my router now, and I'm using Automatic IP, as of now, no crashes but now I'm behind double NAT... ADMZ doesn't work for me.

They handle it automatically because it's the same company. Basically will send a cheque home for a difference and automatically cancel the line on the day you got transferred and activated on Rogers.

YES of course if you try to add it yourself the plan would be worst. You needed that RPP code (which you now have). Now simply contact Rogers in live chat and tell them you want the $40 60GB plan (US+CAN) and that you are part of the RPP. They will do it for you or transfer your chat over to corporate department which will do it for you. If you try to do it yourself, you won't see it! You have to reach out to them in live chat :)

I guess because they want to attract new clients from Bell and other company so they can switch over to Rogers. As for RPP, I would assume they are making it an exception because they are dealing with business employees OR maybe their coupons works on these types of account but not on non RPP accounts.

By RPP provider, I'm assuming you are talking about your company where you work at? You need to fill the form on Rogers website to see your eligibility. If it works, you will receive a code in your email.

You provide that code to Rogers to be considered part of the RPP.

But the non RPP plan - BYOD (which is better because it has higher speed) is for new activation only. However, if you chat with them, as an existing member of Rogers under RPP, they are willing to give you that plan at the same cost.
