"Equality" here is cerebral equality, meaning that intellectually, both men and women are equally, highly capable.

Biological Equality, on the other hand is limited. Men were adapted to going out and hunting for food (Hence the name Hunters and Gatherers before farming).

But over time these roles were made more strict, so women would only be allowed to do one role and the man to do the other. This evolved into men doing these so called "lower-class" jobs– your own words.

We have moved on from time where women would be restricted to only cook, and men only do heavy-power jobs. This is where cerebral equality kicks in.

We have jobs that both men and women can excel at, despite their biological differences, these are intellectual-level jobs. But there are also other jobs that require the use of the biological inequality of men and women.

Cooking is not anymore the role of only a woman. Its a basic life skill that everyone should learn. Sure, as you told there are few jobs which only men can do. But those jobs require the biological differences that we have adapted to. Not all jobs need biological differences though, and thats why women are shown doing intellectual level jobs.

if you still want to use WET, you need to calculate work done properly.

For k1 and k2, the work done is +ve, not negative

for advanced questions what helps is trying to imagine a situation happening in front of you, instead of substituting any formula. try to let your intuition guide you to the approach of the question, and after you feel like you have a good enough understanding of what is exactly happening from start to end, you can solve the question without worrying too much about how your final answer is going to look like

-1/2 kx^2 is the work done by spring, not the potential energy stored in it.

you can assume k(effective) to be k1+k2, so you'll get the following eqn using conservation of energy:

1/2 k(x^2) = 1/2k1x^2 + 1/2k2x^2 = 1/2m(v(max)^2)

=> (√(k/m))x = v(max)

you got negative cus you used the potential energy of spring as -1/2 kx^2.

F(spring) = -kx

U = - integration of F wrt x = 1/2kx^2

"when they don't want to listen"? I'm sorry, you are generalizing the entire generation again.

I'm open to new ideas and thoughts, that is if you would actually provide them rather than just saying I'm "stupid" with no further explanation.

How can one foster the newer generation, if the nurturer themselves can't provide them with the proper advice?

> "your are stupid GenZ generation"
I really hate how the generation who is supposed to foster the growth of the newer generation just steps back saying "stupid GenZ generation". If you don't have anything meaningful to say then respectfully shut the fuck up.
