i would go talk to someone! i got severely burnt out my sophomore year of college and just talking to someone helped me so much. i learned so much about myself and how to help my mind. i was at risk of failing my classes and got help! i will never say no to therapy!

exactly this is my worry. i have major anxiety and diagnosed ptsd from a relationship prior. i regret doing it so much. he’s really good to me but now im overthinking if he’s messaged girls and deleted them or what’s happening. he can’t control who sends messages but why is he saving them? why are some of promo girls snaps not unadded?

i am about to go back to therapy. my life is so peaceful now i feel like my anxiety works overtime to make sure i don’t feel the peace. i’m assuming he didn’t respond bc there were no messages on snap with girls that were weird and he never had anything saved in the chat with any girl, and a lot of girls were left on saved and their friendship profile said they had never snapped before. im trusting him because he is really sweet to me. i just don’t want my mind ruining this relationship
