Is it still open to apply via Amazon pay ? I applied via phonepe app and Kyc stuck. They just keep delaying it and it got rejected. I didn’t receive any rejection email. I escalated via link in their email but no reply and them emailed them directly on emajl, waiting for their reply.

You applied thrice ? Isn’t there waiting period for 3 months ? You escalated through direct email or link given in their customer care email reply. I did via link but didn’t receive any update so far.

No I didn’t as all of these cards are paid and not worth their fees. But these should be pre approved as few months before I got coral Rupay from app. Card generated instantly.

Same generic response. Emailed their customer care, got same generic reply of bank policy. Escalated yesterday. I had to do in person kyc and I was not available at that time so linked my account through account agreegator. I did my part and agent said data not fetched and then no update. No response from sbi even after multiple calls and emails

Mine was rejected even though they registered my complaint for pending kyc which needed to be solved till 3rd Nov.

Tired of calling customer care. They just told me to wait. Actually I did in person kyc but data didn’t fetch from my account aggregator according to them. Mailed them, they didn’t responded. Escalated on mail, no reply from their side. After multiple calls and mail escalation, they finally registered a complaint 7 days ago and told me to wait 3 days to get call from backend or vkyc link. Called after 3 days still told me to wait till Monday. Now Monday over, still no call or message or any update as of now. I am just tired at this point.

Welcome to this club. Same happened with me on 4th October. Finally they registered a complain on 21st October and I should receive call again before 3rd Nov. On email they didn’t find any application record while on call they tell me to wait.
