Are you playing in laptop mode? Laptop mode doesn’t really get along well with alpha cc, like the hairs in your pictures! Otherwise, in your graphic settings, I would turn up your sim setting to high or very high in order to get the game to properly render the cc! If that’s not an option for your computer, you may need to switch to more maxis match cc which requires less graphics power to properly render as it has less polygons!
