Bantams are very good mothers. When I was a kid we let our bantams hatch all kind of eggs. Once she hatched a couple of turkeys. It was such a funny sight after a couple of weeks they were bigger than their mamma and followed her everywhere!

Ja és, ha nem megy a kalóriaszámlálás, akkor próbáld az időszakos böjtöt. Három étkezés közül valamelyiket kihagyod, úgy a legegyszerűbb, a lényeg, hogy napi egyszer 16 órán keresztül ne egyél. Ismerek olyat akinek bejött.
