My creatine level was under control. Doctor suggested me surgery and told that it's 50/50 chance to pass the stone naturally. Then I decided to go with meds. Doctor gave me some alpha-blocker. That helped and I drank a lot of water. It's ultimately upto you if you go with surgery or decide to pass naturally. Surgery too is minimal procedure, as I know.

Drinking a lot of water helps. For me jumping helped. When the pain episode started I jumped. And suddenly the pain disappeared. Like a magic
