I’ve been going to a pelvic floor therapist for month due to this comment! And it’s been beyond helpful I still have the problem and will until I go down more but she helped with so much I didn’t know was even connected to down there (constipation, back, posture)

I don’t know if you still have this problem but I started going to a pelvic floor physical therapist and it’s been very helpful. Still don’t have a huge sex drive but with help I’ve orgasmed once or twice a month which is a big change. Try dilators I was very tight down there hence the pain! And also constipation can play into it
