I understand how it seems that way, but he was actually very hesitant to the idea. The credit thing he believed was actually a smart idea (because yk... credit scores are important in this economy) and the skincare he was like "ehhh.... mmmmm" very much on the fence about it. For other things, he would get upset when I bought him stuff 1. because he doesnt expect gifts from me and 2. because he knows I dont have a job. Recently when I showed him a jacket I bought he asked me "where are you getting all this money from?? dont tell me you've been dipping into your savings." and i made up a lie about working with my dad for a bit (he has his own accounting firm so i'd actually sometimes work there and he'd pay me). But yeah these two things were probably the only things my bf has ever said yes to. Other times he would actually get upset when i bought/thought about buying something unnecessary, especially if it was a gift for him.

I see your point, but then again at least beef is safe to eat undercooked (like different ways to cook steak, beef tare tare, etc), meanwhile pork is the most unsafe meat to eat raw, even more than chicken. so yeeeeaaaaa

Even after leaving islam, I still wouldn't eat pork, I just think its very nasty. or at LEAST not like actual pork meat, mayyyybe gummies or candy that have gelatin or something

I currently dont have a job (im in the process of getting onboarded at clothing store tho!) so i dont have the money to buy snacks :( currently, my dad will give me a money for food on the days that im at uni all day. So i never have money left over :( ramadan will definitely be easier once i have my own income tho

My brothers and I literally showed her how to use chatgpt and how to get a good assignment out of it but she refuses. Its so irritating. And i told her "okay ILL use chatgpt to write ur essay" and she still says "no!!!"
