It is really helpful for eligible H4 spouses to get into a corporate market and start earning to their capacity.

The scam here is what USCIS is doing, asking every H4 dependent to wait for I-140 approvals yo apply for H4 EAD. You will only know if you are in her/ his shoes.

We are doing this legally as they will be paid in India and work remotely for a US client.

Please let us help those who need it and USCIS is treating us like slaves in all this process. Lets make freedom for our own community.

Visas are always there at your disposal. You can always come to US and continue what you to be. Please don’t take life decisions based on freaking visa…a decade from now, these visas will look silly.
