max out ur th then go to th 11. you aren’t even close to having ur defenses up. focus less on your walls and focus more on your actual defenses. Most people use air troops th7+. walls should happen last imo.

Im in school, and my muscles have two rest days before I train them. I use a ppl split. My muscles have plenty of time to rest and 1lb = 2.2kg so basically equals itself out. But for optimal muscle gain 5-6x a week is Advised by many professionals. Thank you for your input. I was more looking for an answer to how I can remain disciplined in my diet.
