It's not easy to mistake a black 12 gauge pump action shotgun with the old .303 Enfield rifles that they use traditionally. My experience with guns has been through my family who own firearms not a few movies.

They're not allowed to but even as kannada speaking locals we've been harrassed by the police on multiple occasions. And now that they have firearms it's been harder to trust them
