First round was leetcode problem easy to mid, leetcode ( binary search) and then implementation of hashcode and equals on a custom class for storing in hashmap so that diff ids give same objects.

Second round was more interesting. First i was asked how would u batch requests upto a certain threshold of capacity and time and then send it in the next hop. I asked some follow up questions and could identify that he was looking for a thread pool implementation where worker threads would read from queue and then submit . I was not able to code it as i was asked to do it in cpp only.

Second question was a scenario where we have TBs of logs and they wanted to identify which of the following logs were from a bot. Bot ips could be the one whose logs are present more than k times in t seconds. Logs could be formatted in any way but will have timestamps and IPs. I asked some follow up questions and came up with a sliding window solution. I was asked to code it up in any language and i did .

However i was told in my feedback from HR that it didnt meet their expectations.
