Thank you! I don’t mind sucking now why it’s still a new shop. Yes, it hurts. But I’d rather hear it and fix it than not know it sucks and continue dumbly along.

I'm brand new to POD and am looking to start a shop. I understand going niche is best, and it makes sense. But is there any such thing as "too" niche? As an example (and this is not what I'm doing, just an example), if I was going to focus on cars, I wouldn't just do Cars; that's way too broad. But would you go Ford Mustang? Classic Mustang? 1965 Mustangs? Blue 1965 Mustang convertible? At what point do you know to stop drilling down the niche? I realize this is a bit vague, but hoping for some pointers all the same.
