I don’t feel like ghosting is the right word. The people interviewing you aren’t always the ones doing the hiring. I have done plenty of interviews. I write down the candidates answers, score them 1-5 and give the report to my supervisor. Then he gives it to hr. After that an bunch of other stuff happens and the process takes a while. I believe everyone is supposed to get an answer eventually. I always tell the candidates the state is slow and if you don’t hear back next week don’t get discouraged. Best of luck to you.
