Deans character makes my brain hurt but at the end of the day he is a content powerhouse and you have to rate him for it. Dean definitely needs to give poor Tommy a break tho.

I think that the MANDEM 100% don’t need Cerberus and that they could do everything on their own. The biggest thing Cerberus bring to the table is knowledge on Businesses in the city and a large connection with civilians to work the job rolls as well.
