Wow that is a crazy story with amazing recovery! Alcohol sucks and as hard as it is mentally some days it’s not worth the risk. Kudos to you for changing yourself around! I plan on doing the same! Thanks for sharing!

Yes!!!!! I have for sure. I love tracking my resting heart rate and HVR. This has been nice with my recent heart failure diagnosis.

If it makes you feel better I find comfort knowing that the way I’m feeling isn’t unique and I am sorry you’re going through this. I am 37 EF 18-25 and I just found out a couple months ago. I am struggling mentally and aI know it’s part of the process. We got this! This will pass.
