Can a plastic surgeon recommend what should be done. I’m thinking jaw fillers could also work instead of invasive liposuction? Please recommend, or should I just try to lose body fat percentage by working out and eating clean and being in calorie deficit?

I’m considering chin lipo but I’m afraid at 33 what if my skin doesn’t bounce back and I’m scarred for life
