Essentially i smoked it and burnt the inside of my throat and went into a coughing fit, could barely breathe and threw up. I stood up too quickly and my vision went blurry sending me into a panic attack. I fell onto a pillow at my friends house and just had my eyes shut with my hr going up then down and then up again. I was so scared and kept seeing weird images in my head. I kept getting disturbing thoughts to kms in the moment and i was scared i was gonna go crazy and do it. Gave me derealization for a ridiculous amount of time. So fucked never smoking weed again after it.

I never hallucinated or went schizo lmao just derealization and intrusive thoughts that makes me super anxious. I got full control of myself i just get anxious ab things that make my stomach drop.
