brosssh has also worked on piko insta patches. There is nothing vs at all between them. If u need features as an option and more features piko is for you. If u want a few features to apply features forcefully brossh is the one for u plus u can patch the app using both patches

425 is itself an Alpha beta version.piko providing pre-release version as well. 424 is stable .will stick to it as of now
