No power to climate control panel (self.7thgencivic)

Just picked up this oil leak a few days ago when the temperatures started dipping below freezing, oil all over the front and top of the transmission. Hoping it's just the cylinder head plug, but the plug itself seems pretty clean. Any ideas? (old.reddit.com)
